CHCDIV003 Manage and promote diversity describes the skills and knowledge required to evaluate and promote diversity in the workplace and to contribute to the planning of diversity policies and procedures. This may apply to internal work practices or external service delivery.
This Learner Guide details how to research and foster diversity in the workplace. It then explains how to adapt communication strategies for targeted individual and group needs. Lastly, the content details how to contribute to workplace diversity policies and procedures.
