Since our inception, we have produced over 2,000 robust, competency-based training and assessment resources for learners, trainers, assessors and workplace supervisors. Our Learner Guides and assessments are written by industry-experienced, subject matter experts and are meticulously mapped by our expert instructional designers to the unit of competency and Training Package requirements. We are committed to continuous improvement, and we comprehensively update all our resources as required to align with changes in each unit of competency or qualification.

Yes, we can send you free digital samples of our learning and assessment resources. Please email [email protected] or contact our Customer Success team on 1300 935 959 to request your chosen samples, and we’ll send them to you as soon as possible. For more information, we will happily walk you through our resources and help you choose the right resources for your training delivery.
Should you wish to review any resource in further detail, or have a series of questions to ask, you are welcome to book an online meeting with a member of the Customer Success Team.
You will be sent a Teams invite for a mutually convenient time and date to review any aspect of the resources you are interested in. Please specify which product you wish to review, so the relevant files or platforms can be made available for discussion. For instance, this could include an explanation of the Assessment Support Pack and the documents it contains.
If your office is close by, you can also request a visit from an Account Manager to discuss your resourcing requirements and the Aspire product range.

When you purchase a digital competency unit bundle, you receive everything you need to deliver training and assess that unit, with an unlimited use licence for one organisation. Our digital competency unit bundles are sold as a one-off purchase. Each digital competency unit bundle is available in Microsoft Office format and will have varying inclusions, depending on the training package requirements. This may vary, but generally includes:

- Trainer ‘How to use guide’
- Practice Assessment and Final Assessment Workbooks
- Practice Assessment and Final Assessment Marking Guides
- Supporting documents and templates (where required)
- PowerPoint summary slides (with additional discussion topics and video content)

When you purchase a digital qualification bundle, you will receive everything from the digital competency unit bundle, but for all units of competency within your chosen qualification.
You can customise each ASP you purchase. You can either purchase the entire suite of resources, or select only the ones you need at a discounted price. Speak to our Customer Success Team to find out more.

Yes. It is recommended to customise the resources to suit your organisation’s training and assessment methods. The Agreement also allows you to print the resources or upload them into your LMS.
Files are provided in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint according to the type of resource. You can change up to 10% of our resources, and you must retain our copyright information and observe the terms and conditions as stated in the signed Licence Terms and Conditions Agreement.
Under our licensing agreement, the copyright for the training resources remains with Aspire Learning Resources. You are free to rebrand and contextualise the resources, but we require our copyright acknowledgement to be kept on the inside cover of each document. The footer containing ‘© Aspire Training & Consulting’ must not be removed and kept in the footer of each page.

A few important reminders are outlined below:
- Digital files can only be used within your organisation (the purchaser) and cannot be shared with any other entity.
- You can print from the digital files for your training cohort only. Distribution to any other organisation or entity is strictly prohibited.
- You cannot sell our resources, give them away or create another training package with them.
- You must retain our copyright on all resources.
- You can change up to 10% of the resources.
If you do not have an approved credit account, upfront payment will be required for most orders. Approved credit accounts can be used to purchase hard copy Learner Guides and eBooks. If you are a School, TAFE or Government Department, a purchase order can be accepted. Purchase of digital bundles will require upfront payment.

No. Print Learner Guides can be ordered through our website. Our eBook Learner Guides are hosted by Campion and can be ordered through the Aspire eBook store. There are two ways you can set up an account. The first is through the login button located in the top-right corner of the screen. From there you can select create a new account and fill in the form. Alternatively, when you are placing an order for a print resource or Assessment Support Pack, once you reach the checkout stage, you will be required to create an account by filling out a form.
Remember to note down your login credentials as you will need these each time you wish to login into your account. If you place regular orders with Aspire, you can request a credit application form from your Account Manager or the Aspire Customer Success Team at [email protected] or on 1300 935 959. The application will be assessed by our Finance Team, and you will be notified within 10 business days of the status of your application.
Any discounts for large orders are on a case-by-case basis. Speak with your Account Manager or the Customer Success Team for more information at [email protected] or on 1300 935 959. If you purchase resources during a sale, no further discount will apply.
The following delivery schedule is indicative only and subject to stock availability. Aspire will not be liable for any failure to observe these delivery times.
Orders for print resources are delivered within 7-10 working days of payment. Aspire is a ‘print on demand’ publisher, so all orders for print resources are printed once payment is received. For Express Post orders, please check Australia Post Express Post Network for anticipated delivery timeframes from Melbourne. For international orders (including New Zealand), the delivery time will vary based on the destination. Delivery times are calculated from the despatch date.
Orders for eBooks are received immediately if ordered through the Aspire eBook store. Bulk orders for eBooks are fulfilled within 2 business days.
Orders for digital bundles are supplied within 24 hours of receipt of payment and the signed Terms and Conditions Agreement.

Please note that you may receive multiple boxes for your print order. Please ensure you check the contents of all boxes carefully. If there are any issues with the contents of your order, please contact our Customer Success Team at [email protected] or on 1300 935 959. All issues must be addressed within 14 business days of invoice date and are subject to our Returns Policy.
As per the Competition and Consumer Act 2010, we are only required to offer a refund on our resources if there is a “significant problem” with the product.
Only print resources can be returned.
Returns must be requested within 14 business days of receiving the resources, or within 30 business days for bookshops. Returns requested after these timeframes may not be accepted.
If you ordered resources for a unit that you have previously purchased from us without realising, we can offer to exchange that unit for store credit.
All digital products cannot be returned and are firm sale items. This includes eBooks, Assessment Support Packs, digital competency and digital qualification bundles. We do not offer refunds due to change of mind or if you find a similar product somewhere else.

No. You must pay the freight charge for the delivery of your print order. Aspire’s freight charges are subject to change without notice. Freight charges are GST inclusive. No. eBooks work on multiple types of devices, including:

You will need to download the MyConnect2 Reader to access your eBook. Links are accessible here.
No. If you would like a print copy of a Learner Guide, you will need to purchase one through the Aspire website.
Each eBook has a two-year license from the date of purchase. This means you can use your eBook as often and whenever you want for two years. After this period, the licence will expire.
Currently only one eBook can be purchased at a time online. You can buy one copy of multiple titles, but you cannot buy multiple copies of the same title under the one account. If you would like to buy enough eBooks for your whole class, please contact the Customer Success Team at [email protected] or on 1300 935 959. Can I return an eBook?
No. All eBook purchases are final and no returns will be accepted. Always check to make sure you are purchasing the right eBook.
Our eBooks integrate into most LMS platforms. However, LTI connectivity is available on a case-by-case basis. Please contact a member of the Customer Success Team to discuss further.

Aspire Learning Resources has partnered with Exemplar Learning to deliver learning content and assessments as a fully online product.
Student access to content and assessments is via a unique login to the Learning Management System (LMS). Organisations also have the option to track student progress via the Student Management System (SMS).
LTI connectivity with your existing LMS is available on a case-by-case basis and can be tested upon request. Should you wish to review the eLearning platform, please contact a member of the Customer Success Team.
