CHCDIS011 Contribute to ongoing skills development using a strengths-based approach describes the skills, knowledge and performance outcomes required to assist in supporting the ongoing skill development of people with disabilities using a strengths-based approach.
This Learner Guide explains how to contribute to skills assessment and support the engagement of family and carers. It outlines how to assist with ongoing skills development according to an individualised plan. The content then describes how to support incidental learning opportunities by using positive approaches that promote enjoyment and maximise engagement. Lastly, it explains how to complete, maintain and store documentation.
