CHCCSM016 Undertake advanced assessments describes the skills and knowledge required to undertake initial and ongoing assessments with a person to determine eligibility, priority and need for services as part of a case management process or as part of an assessment service.
This Learner Guide describes how to prepare and conduct the initial assessment. It then explains how to respond appropriately to diversity and to people with different levels of needs, including people with complex needs. Lastly, the material details how undertake ongoing assessment and review.
