CHCCSM015 Undertake case management in a child protection framework the performance outcomes, skills and knowledge required to apply all aspects of case management in which case plans are developed and implemented to address a child or young person’s specific needs and achieve their goals within a child protection framework.
This Learner Guide describes how to establish a child or young person’s needs and level of risk. It then outlines how to develop and implement a case management plan and how to establish review and evaluation systems according to organizational policies and procedures. The content lastly details how to work with agencies to meet the child or young person’s needs and to undertake case closure.
