CHCCCS036 Support relationships with carer and family describes the performance outcomes, skills and knowledge required to work positively with the carer and family of people using the service based on an understanding of their support needs.
This Learner Guide explains how to include carer and family members as part of the support team, which involves working in a manner that recognises and supports carer and family. It describes how to assess and respond to changes in the care relationship. Lastly, it details how to monitor and promote carer rights, health and wellbeing.
