CHCCCS007 Develop and implement service programs describes the skills and knowledge required to engage consumers, analyse service needs of particular groups and develop programs and services to meet those needs.
This Learner Guide describes how to engage consumers in the analysis of service needs and develop a plan for consumer participation. The content then outlines how to develop, implement and monitor programs. Lastly, it explains how to evaluate programs through seeking and assessing feedback from those using the service and other stakeholders.
