This Learner Guide focuses on the teamwork skills required by a leader who has responsibility for others or a team. It covers the process of preparing performance plans, including planning for contingencies, and allocating tasks to team members. The material also explains how to support the team by using coaching and problem-solving skills. It then describes how to measure the team’s performance against work plans, provide feedback to team members and identify learning opportunities for ongoing improvement.
