This Learner Guide explains how to establish practices that support individual difference at work, whether that is with customers, clients or colleagues. It describes how to assist in developing and implementing a plan for inclusive work practices and how to modify verbal and non-verbal communication to accommodate individual difference. The material also describes how to use feedback to make improvements to inclusive work practices.
