This Learner Guide explains how to select the appropriate technology and software for producing a required business document and how to use basic design principles to create the layout. It also describes the process of checking, completing and saving the document, referring to training booklets and help-desks as necessary. The material then explains how to finalise the document as well as make modifications according to organisational policies and procedures before finally presenting it.
