This Learner Guide details the processes involved in developing a corporate social responsibility policy and embedding it within organisational culture and practice. It sets out how to identify the specific context, which includes analysis of external factors, such as current legislation and organisational procedures. It describes how to engage key stakeholders to help implement the policy and how to develop change management provisions. The material also explains how to conduct a review of social policy integration and recommend improvements.
