It explains how to establish ways of working within a team and then sets out procedures for identifying areas for improvement. The material details how to implement innovative processes and capture new learnings in a knowledge management system. It also details how a culture of continuous improvement is maintained through evaluating processes, communicating with stakeholders, rewarding innovation and seeking feedback.
