This Learner Guide deals with the process of implementing organisational change. It covers developing a change management strategy according to organisational objectives, assessing risks and consulting stakeholders. It also explains how to implement the strategy, including how to identify barriers to change. It then explains how to evaluate and modify the strategy according to change program objectives.
