This Learner Guide details the processes involved in developing a strategic workforce plan by explaining how to analyse information from a range of internal and external sources. It emphasises looking ahead to identify the future labour and technology needs of an organisation. It also covers consulting stakeholders and formulating strategic objectives during the development stage. The material then describes how to monitor and review the workforce plan against objectives and recommend adjustments as required.
