This Learner Guide details the processes involved in contributing to team development. It explains how to collect relevant information on team members in order to identify learning needs, including how to encourage individuals to self-evaluate their performance. It explains how to collaborate with team members when formulating learning plans and coordinating workplace learning opportunities. Finally, the material describes how to monitor those plans to ensure their efficacy, and how to assess and record learning outcomes.
