This Learner Guide explains the value of a critical thinking mindset within a workplace setting. It describes the key characteristics of critical thinking as they apply to work practices and demonstrates how they can be used to identify limitations and to propose solutions. As advanced critical thinking is an ongoing practice, it also looks at how to self-identify areas for continuous development.
