Aspire Foundation
This Learner Guide explains how to build a foundation of basic communication skills at work. It covers identifying the communication channels of an organisation and its formats for written information according to its organisational policies and procedures. It also covers how to plan and use both verbal and non-verbal communication with stakeholders. It emphasises the value of seeking guidance and feedback from supervisors on communication methods.
