This Learner Guide explains how to identify and access authoritative sources of information and how to interpret information regarding legal obligations. It then outlines how to meet legal and ethical obligations and how to deal appropriately with ethical dilemmas, such as conflicts of interest. The material also explains how to participate in the continuous improvement of a service by sharing feedback and contributing to the ongoing review of policies and protocols.
