This Learner Guide outlines the ways in which educators can update and enhance their knowledge of the theories of early childhood learning through a process of research and sharing views. It then describes how to support children’s sense of belonging. Next, it explains how to plan for and provide opportunities for children’s development and how to foster a collaborative practice. Finally, the material covers how to use critical reflection and feedback to self-evaluate work practices.
