Last night's TAFE Directors Australia Convention 2024 Awards Night at Sofitel Sydney was an inspiring celebration of sector-wide excellence. Aspire Learning Resources proudly supported the Heart of Inclusion & Empowerment Award, embodying our not-for-profit agenda that education and quality resources are accessible, ensuring no learner is left behind.

With nominees showcasing unwavering dedication to positive change, selecting a winner was indeed a challenge. Congratulations to Bradfield Senior College for receiving the gold place award, accepted by David Balan. Their groundbreaking programme, "Making room for every learner," was lauded for its profound impact on neuro-diverse students, nurturing lifelong positive outcomes and academic success.

In addition, Aspire Learning Resources extends its congratulations to the silver and bronze place winners:

  • Natasha Evans, Lecturer, Women’s Education, TAFE SA, for the empowering Women’s Education Programme, providing LLND skills to CALD, disadvantaged and vulnerable women.
  • Jodie Hoger, Manager, Disability Access and Services, TAFE NSW, for her invaluable contributions in disability access and services.
In acknowledging the exceptional efforts of all nominees, Aspire Learning Resources' CEO, Liselle Pote, emphasised the critical elements of action: the environment to act, the will to act and the power to act. These interconnected facets underscore our collective mission for progress and meaningful change in the national training and vocational sector.

A heartfelt congratulations to all nominees for their remarkable contributions.
