Have your say in the ACSF and DLSF review

• Do you use the Australian Core Skills Framework or the Digital Literacy Skills framework in your work?
• Perhaps you are more familiar with assessment tools based on the frameworks?
• Do you have thoughts to share about what might make these frameworks or tools easier to use?
• Whatever your interest in the ACSF and DLSF, the ACER review team wants to learn more about how you use these frameworks, and what (if any) changes you can suggest, for their ongoing improvement.

Ways to engage

Coming up soon are an online survey and two online discussion forums. Jump onto the project webpage and register for one or more Discussion forums or to access the survey link.

1. Online survey – available from 11 March 2022
The survey will help the project team understand your views on a range of matters relating to the two frameworks, as well as assessment tools based on the ACSF. It will focus on how the frameworks are used and any changes that may be needed to the frameworks – or the tools that are used to support them – to ensure that they are fit for purpose.

You can access the survey link from the 11th of March from the project page but if you register now for an online forum ACER will automatically send you a link to the survey once it ‘goes live’!

2. Discussion forums
There are two other ways to share your views by attending one or both of the online discussion forums being held later in March:

• Forum 1: 17 March 4 to 5pm AEDT: An information session on the project and its discovery phase findings. An opportunity to ask questions about the project (live or via chat).
• Forum 2: 31 March 4 to 5pm AEDT: This forum gives you an opportunity to expand on your responses to the online survey and provide more specific feedback relating to the frameworks.

The forums are open to all who use the frameworks and/or tools in their various job roles.

Visit the project webpage or email ACER directly [email protected] to tell them which forums you want to attend.

They will send a Zoom Meeting link to join the forums you nominate and a link to that survey.
