Tomer Ginel joined Aspire’s Board in June 2022. Having showcased throughout his life how quality education can make a difference in young people’s lives, Tomer feels a strong personal connection to Aspire’s purpose. He is a graduate and member of AICD and holds an MBA in Finance and Strategy.

Over the past 20 years, Tomer has followed his passion for helping people and organisations grow by leveraging transformational leadership skills, strategic finance specialisation, best-practice governance experience, and a developmental leadership style that has helped to instil a culture of customer-centric collaboration and achieve breakthrough outcomes. He founded Perform Consulting to help small to medium size organisations gain access to this expertise through advisory, coaching and mentoring, to support their growth.
